Topic: turkoschmucks & the prayer rug's origin

For a number of years RK has written about, critiqued, criticized and lambasted professor steven price, aka price=clown, his website turk0tek.com, and the coterie of turko-know-littles, know-lesses and turkoschmucks who persist in displaying their paltry skills and expertise concerning 'collectible' oriental carpets online.

If 1 out of every 1000 posts they have scribbled added something worthwhile to this subject, or even raised an interesting point, one might forgive their abysmal record.

However, this is far from the case and the latest example "the origin of the prayer rug" started by one martin andersen, a motivated but neophyte rug 'collector', provides ample evidence why this type of discussion belongs in a private email group and not as a public website whose rubric "a place for collectors to connect" stretches those words, particularly collector and connecting to the point of meaninglessness.

RK does not have the time, energy or stomach to comment or poke holes as large as manhole covers in what andersen, price=clown et al have attempted to offer as answers to this quite pertinent question.

And sadly, the word pertinent is anathema to a piss-poor website like turk0tek.com.

So for any of our readers who have not already had a good laugh over their pathetic discussion RK invites you to do so.

Be sure to bring the popcorn...
